\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse is currently working with an international Law Firm, within their fiduciary services, whom are in the process of looking to recruit a Fiduciary Services Executive for their Dubai office.
About this role
This role will take ownership of a broad range of administration-based responsibilities, reporting to a Vice President and other members of the Fiduciary team. You will support with the portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts, whilst working closely with internal and external clients.
In addition, you will assist in structured and asset finance transactions, client on-boarding, invoicing and organising of internal and onshore transaction documents. You will also handle any other administrative tasks as directed by the Vice President or the wider team.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate must hold an associate\'s Degree or equivalent and must come from a financial or banking background. You should have at least 4 years of relevant experience. You must display a pro-active approach and be a self-starter. Attention to detail is key with this role and being highly organised is a must. It would be advantageous if you are currently based in the UAE.
