About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

F&I Assistant Manager

to join our BAIC showroom team. The ideal candidate will support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations by assisting in the preparation, processing, and closing of vehicle finance deals while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the F&I Manager in preparing and processing finance and insurance documentation for vehicle sales. Coordinate with banks and finance companies to obtain approvals and ensure timely disbursement. Explain finance and insurance products to customers in a clear, professional manner. Verify accuracy and completeness of all F&I paperwork before submission. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank rates, loan policies, and insurance products. Support sales teams by ensuring quick turnaround on finance approvals. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and financial regulations. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for pending documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an automotive dealership F&I or sales admin role. Strong understanding of vehicle finance processes and UAE banking systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software (DMS). Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
