About the role

Interni is looking for a

Technical FF&E Specialist

to support luxury hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects.
The role is hands-on, analytical, and fully technical --

not sales

.

You will manage the complete FF&E process: specifications, BOQ control, vendor pre-qualification, tender documentation, production tracking, factory inspections, logistics coordination and asset registers, following international procurement standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review ID drawings, specifications, room matrix, BOQ Prepare and coordinate: vendor lists, pre-qualification files, RFQ/RFP packs Analyse technical + commercial bids and prepare comparison sheets Prepare PO documentation and coordinate with procurement & accounts Track production schedules and issue weekly progress reports Perform factory inspections, QA/QC checks, pre-shipment reports Coordinate logistics (EXW/CIF/DDP) with vendors and shipping agents Support warehousing, installation, and final asset register documentation

Requirements

3-7 years FF&E experience (hospitality or high-end residential) Strong technical understanding of casegoods, upholstery, lighting, fabrics, finishes Excellent ability to read GA, RCP, ID specs, and detail drawings Solid experience with vendor management and global supply chain Advanced Excel; ERP experience (Odoo preferred) Strong English communication and documentation skills High precision, structured workflow, and accountability

Nice to Have

Experience with UAE or GCC projects Background in furniture engineering, interior architecture or procurement
