Develop and implement strategies to increase the FF&E sales within the company, focusing on both new client acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts.
Maintain thorough knowledge of market trends, industry challenges, opportunities, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and sales approaches.
Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the company is top-of-mind for all FF&E needs, facilitating partnerships that lead to increased sales.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to deal closure & conduct regular training sessions for the sales team.
