Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute FF&E design concepts in line with project requirements and company standards. Source, select, and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, and accessories. Prepare detailed mood boards, sample boards, and presentation materials. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to obtain samples, quotations, and technical details. Coordinate with the design and technical team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with overall design. Manage FF&E documentation including schedules, specifications, and cost estimates. Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as an FF&E Designer in interior design/architecture firms.

Strong project experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects is required.

Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E design expertise. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, MS Office, etc.). Excellent knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and suppliers. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
