Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
FFA Technician
to join our team for anoffshore project
. The ideal candidate will havea minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
in servicing and maintainingFire Extinguishers, BA Sets, EEBD Sets, Air Compressors, and FFE Equipment
, ensuring all work complies with international maritime and offshore safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspection, maintenance, and servicing of
Fire Fighting Appliances (FFA)
and related safety equipment on offshore installations and maritime vessels. Ensure all equipment complies withinternational maritime and offshore safety standards
. Conduct safety checks, prepare service reports, and recommend necessary corrective or preventive actions. Coordinate with other technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of service tasks. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the use and upkeep of FFA equipment. Maintain accurate documentation for all inspections, services, and repairs.Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of practical experience
as anFFA Technician
or in a similar role. Proven experience in servicingFire Extinguishers, BA Sets, EEBD Sets, Air Compressors, and FFE Equipment
. Sound knowledge ofoffshore and maritime safety regulations and standards
. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Relevantcertifications or training in LSA/FFA equipment
