Job Description

Responsibilities: Managing the design functions on projects as assigned including liaising with architecture on interior space planning. Design development management from planning, pre-construction to handover. Establishing the Concept and Program Definition, with the principle and/or the Senior Interior Designer of one or more interior design projects. Managing the detailed design drawings, drafting, as well as preparing presentations boards Choice of furniture, material, fabrics, flooring, wall coverings and accessories. Help in improving and organizing the material library. Follow up on upholstery and joinery details and follow up on their execution. Preparation of BOQ, Schedule of Materials, Schedule of Finishes and Schedules of Furniture. Coordination with the Client, Project Manager or Client Representative. Travel to where it is needed in order to follow-up foreign projects. Site Supervision
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of relevant experience preferably in fine buildings like Hotels & Resorts, Offices and High-Rise Towers, Luxury Villas & Palaces for high profile clients. Computer Skills:
Mastering AutoCad, 3D Max, Photoshop and Excel Desired Skills:
Should be highly detail-oriented with high level of quality consciousness
Should have worked with large multi-cultural teams
Strong organization abilities coupled with good
knowledge of building regulations, contracts, and construction and commercial judgement
Should be creative and artistic, with effective time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing and presenting reports and projects
