Job Description
Must Have
Strong experience in supporting Fenergo' s CLM SaaS platform FenX.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and CDD processes.
Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (preferably FenX).
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Datadog.
Experience in Agile delivery models and stakeholder management.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred
Fenergo certified on configuration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
