Job Description
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
Develop and manage
digital marketing strategies
to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Plan and executesocial media campaigns
across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn). Monitor and analyze performance usinganalytics tools
(Meta Business, Google Analytics, etc.).Email & Content Marketing
Create and manage
email marketing campaigns
(Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Write compelling, bilingual content for newsletters, blog posts, and online ads.Online Sales & Lead Generation
Manage and optimize
online sales funnels
, product listings, and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or company website. Generate and nurturequalified leads
through digital channels, landing pages, and targeted outreach.Business Development
Identify and approach new
B2B and B2C opportunities
(retailers, influencers, corporate clients). Coordinate and attend exhibitions, events, and trade shows to represent the brand.SEO, SEM & Paid Ads
Conduct
keyword research
, SEO optimization (on-page & off-page), and manageGoogle Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
. Manage budgets and reporting for paid digital campaigns.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-4 years
of relevant experience in digital marketing and sales. Strong knowledge ofonline sales platforms, CRMs, and digital tools
. Proficiency inArabic and English
(written and spoken). Hands-on experience withsocial media ads, email platforms
, and SEO/SEM tools. Strongcommunication, creative writing, and analytical
skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able tomulti-task in a fast-paced environment
.Preferred Skills:
Experience in
luxury brands, retail, e-commerce, or cosmetics
is a plus. Graphic design or video editing knowledge is a bonus (Canva, Adobe Suite). Familiarity withinfluencer marketing and affiliate partnerships
