Job description We are group of companies and deals with real estate, e-commerce, digital marketing, trading and trainings. we are expanding our team and adding new tele sales department to handle our potential clients and looking for female staff who can manage inbound and outbound sales, persistent and persuasive people with exceptional communicational and telephone skills. If you\xe2\x80\x99re the type of person that wants to \xe2\x80\x9ccontrol your own destiny\xe2\x80\x9d rather than working for a traditional salary, this is a career to consider. Responsibilities
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.
- Interacts with customers through calls and messages.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.
- Understanding customers\' requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.
- Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
- Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales reps. This usually involves providing a recap of recent results and accomplishments to show they\xe2\x80\x99re hitting their quotas.
- Raw leads that have already expressed interest will be sent to them by their senior supervisor to convert those leads to sales.
- Being successful requires a mix of both building and maintaining customer relationships.
