Preparing class materials and teaching/learning aids as needed
Ensuring sufficient quantity of equipment for each class
Modifying educational plan or delivery based on changing environment, technology or participant abilities
Recording participant attendance numbers and other pertinent information regarding equipment needs, safety concerns, and room condition
Reporting and removing or placing signage on unsafe equipment/furniture
Asking for assistance when needed to assure safety for all involved
Maintaining a safe working environment and practices safe working habits
Promoting Health and Wellness Center internally and externally
Participating in all required departmental meetings and training programs for staff
Being capable of communicating about all aspects of the fitness facility (facility, equipment, staff, programs, services, hours of operation, and fees) for the purpose of educating patrons so they may meet their fitness goals
