Creating satisfying, plant-based meals using vegetables, grains, legumes, and whole foods as instructed and taught by resident Wellness Chef and leading consultant Chefs. Supporting and understanding specific dietary needs such as vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-sensitive diets following the balance between personalization and Kintsugi identity. Promoting health and well-being through thoughtful, nutrient-dense meal preparation with members and Team. Committing to sustainability by focusing on plant-based ingredients and reducing food waste. Train to perfectly execute and deliver the dishes taught according to the concept. Proactively work to create a good place to work and a respectful, joyful kitchen atmosphere adhering to the Kintsugi Manifesto

Proven experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreats, boutique hotels, or high?end culinary environments

Strong knowledge of nutrition and wellness-focused cuisine Exceptional plating skills and a refined culinary aesthetic Ability to create flavorful, health?forward dishes without compromising elegance Food safety certification (preferred) Excellent organization, discretion, and attention to detail
Support resident Wellness Chef design, and present high-quality vegetarian meals that align with our restaurant's vision and health standards inspired by Italian cuisine

Deliver seasonal and rotating menus that emphasize freshness, flavor, and nutritional value.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes when required by resident Wellness Chef

Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards.

Stay current with food wellness trends, especially in the plant-based and vegan culinary space.

Train kitchen staff when requested on vegan preparation techniques and dietary considerations, share your knowledge respecting the roles

Help manage food costs, inventory, and minimize waste
