High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
Previous experience as a waitress in a cafe, bistro, or fine dining restaurant (French cuisine experience preferred).
Knowledge of French menu items, ingredients, and dining etiquette is highly desirable.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to explain menu items, daily specials, and recommend pairings (e.g., French pastries, coffee, or wines).
Multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.

Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with restaurant policies.
