Job Description
Dynamic and youthful Female gym coach is sought for a Full-time position at gym located in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should be a maximum of 35 years old.
Position Summary*:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate both individual and group fitness classes, ensuring that all sessions are conducted safely, effectively, and in an engaging manner.
- Develop tailored fitness programs that align with the unique needs and goals of each member.
- Evaluate and track client progress, offering guidance and motivation to improve performance.
- Actively promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by consistently exhibiting a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Remain informed about industry trends and certifications to guarantee the highest standard of service.
- Engage actively in continuous training, professional development, and staff meetings.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance client experience and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
