URGENT HIRING REAL ESTATE TELESALES EXECUTIVE! PREFERABLY FEMALE WITH 2 YRS EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI REAL ESTATE -Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the company and services. \xc2\xb7 Answering questions about the company \xc2\xb7 Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales \xc2\xb7 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed \xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database \xc2\xb7 Take and process customers information in an accurate manner \xc2\xb7 Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation \xc2\xb7 Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales \xc2\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Willing to work in business bay
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
