Job Description
Victory Staar Real Estate firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We specialize and lead the Real Estate market in the UAE working with prominent Developers. We are looking for Tele sales Agents who have minimum 2-years experience in real estate tele sales. We offer basic salary plus attractive commission. Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential client\'s over the phone.
- Convincing clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market.
- Assisting and supporting a team of real estate agents in capturing new business.
- Calling to property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing.
- Asking questions to engage client\'s and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the clients\' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting client\xe2\x80\x99s information.
- Answering clients\' questions and queries .
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Basic Salary plus attractive Commission
- Strong sales & knowledge training, leads, and source of clients
- Marketing and advertising tools
