We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to join our rapidly expanding team. The Job includes selling the retail banking product (Credit Cards/Personal Loans) to potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale. The candidate will be based in Dubai. Working as a credit card sales representative requires having a High School education, but a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree may be preferred RESPONSIBILITIES
-You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
-Marketing and selling credit cards to customers.
-Responsible for offering credit card samples and catalogs to clients; educating them on the terms and use of the cards
-Providing customer support; answering clients\xe2\x80\x99 questions within set standards and helping them resolve customer complaints about credit cards or issues that may arise during usage.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
-Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
-Meeting sales/revenue targets.
-The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
-Should be target-oriented and self-initiator.
-Should maintain accurate sales pipelines for every month._
