Telemarketing Executives

to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, presenting our services, and setting appointments for our senior sales consultants. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in client outreach who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to excel in a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to new prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms Present company services and offerings to potential clients in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner Build, manage, and update a database of leads and prospects Identify client needs and schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets Stay updated on industry trends and company services to effectively communicate with prospects

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales roles Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, self-motivated, and highly results-oriented Ability to professionally handle objections and overcome challenges during client conversations Fluency in English is required (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage) Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
