As a Female Telecaller at Luxury Holidays, you will play a crucial role in promoting our exclusive travel packages and services to prospective clients. Engage with customers over the phone, provide detailed information about our offerings, and persuade them to choose Luxury Holidays for their next getaway.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

2. Present and promote Luxury Holidays' vacation packages and services to generate sales.

3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

6. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the company's database.

7. Stay updated on current promotions, product offerings, and industry trends.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

4. Confidence and resilience in handling objections and rejection.

5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

8. Minimum educational qualification: High School diploma; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
