Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential business clients.

Explain Telecom and IT products (such as internet services, PBX systems, cloud services, etc.).

Understand customer needs and schedule appointments for the field sales.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets.

Provide basic information about products and address initial queries.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.

Need to provide minimum 4 appointments daily

Requirements:

Proven experience as telecaller, telesales, or similar role preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Confidence and ability to engage with business decision-makers.

Basic knowledge of Telecom/IT products or willingness to learn.

Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Graduation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
