Luxury Estates is seeking a motivated and professional
Female Telecaller
with prior call center experience to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive tone, and the ability to handle client inquiries efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally
Maintain and update client databases and records
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Promote company services and generate leads
Handle customer feedback and provide accurate information
Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements
Must have prior call center or telecalling experience
Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, polite, and professional
Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Must be currently based in Qatar with valid residency
