Job Description
: We are seeking a talented and motivated Female Telesales Representative to join our pharmaceutical company\'s sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new business opportunities through telesales efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers and businesses in the pharmaceutical industry.
Generate leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Telesales Outreach:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our pharmaceutical products and services.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers Sales Presentations:
Conduct engaging sales presentations over the phone to demonstrate the value of our offerings.
Address customer questions and objections, aiming to close sales deals. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients. Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Track and report on sales progress and results. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Adjust sales strategies based on market insights. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
