Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote and explain company products/services to generate interest and sales.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM.
Follow up on leads to close sales and meet monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet sales targets.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
Good command of English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
