URGENTLY HIRING FOR FEMALE TELE SALES We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective tele sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts \xc2\xb7 Answer questions about products or the company \xc2\xb7 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales \xc2\xb7 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed \xc2\xb7 Enter and update customer information in the database \xc2\xb7 Take and process orders in an accurate manner \xc2\xb7 Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation \xc2\xb7 Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales \xc2\xb7 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems \xc2\xb7 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge of English \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection \xc2\xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints \xc2\xb7 High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience:
