Female Swimming and Aqua Aerobic Instructor The premium health club in Abu Dhabi looking for is results driven Female Swimming Instructor, who are highly motivated and committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoy delivering high-quality, bespoke training programs and excellent customer service at all the times. You must want to be pushed to never accept anything less than your very best. In this role you will be expected to have exceptional professional knowledge and a genuine passion for Health and Fitness, have a confident and specialist approach with clients and, in doing so, build up and maintain a strong client base. To provide the swimming lessons, private or group ,to the members of all levels and abilities, all ages to develop proper swimming techniques and skills. Responsibilities:

• The swimming instructor is responsible for instructing all swimming lessons participants
• This position is also responsible for the safety of the participant in their own class
• Work hours as scheduled which includes beginning and ending class on time; remaining after class to answer participant and/or parent questions as needed, and clean up supplies.
• To deliver Aqua aerobic classes as per club schedule
• Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions as scheduled
• Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
• All other duties as assigned and appropriate

Certifications Required Swimming instructor certificate Aqua aerobic certificate First Aid, CPR & American Red Cross Water Safety Certified Qualifications

• Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate skills in swim lessons instruction
• Ability to demonstrate skills as required for class content and use teaching aids
• Ability to work independently and possess energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent conflict resolution skills

• Effective communication skills
