Minimum of 2 years' experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize activities
Superior communication skills
Excellent grooming standards
Professional in person, telephone and email etiquette
Punctual, flexible and confident
Enjoys working with people and exhibits a positive attitude
Computer literate
Experience in Fresha is a must
Ability to manage cash and daily sales
? DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arranging client appointments and ensuring the spa is running smoothly.
Greeting guests, answering any questions they may have, and helping them with their visit.
Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards.
Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work.
Identifying areas for staff skill development and implement approved plan
Guide staff towards retail & service goals achievement
Inventory products and order new supplies.
Respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
Check spa equipment to ensure proper functioning.
