Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests as they arrive.
Answer calls and emails, and book appointments.
Manage guest check-outs and payments.
Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
Assist with product sales and recommendations.
Help with any questions or concerns from guests.

Ideal Candidate:
Previous customer service or receptionist experience (spa or wellness experience is a plus).
