to manage and enhance our online presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create engaging, original, and visually appealing content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels). Manage daily posting and interaction across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitors to optimize performance. Respond promptly to customer comments, messages, and inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare regular reports. Suggest new ways to attract potential customers and boost brand awareness.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Executive, or similar role. Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices. Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.). Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills. Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
