The Food Servers' responsibilities include speaking with customers, taking drink and food orders, making recommendations, processing payments, and ensuring that customers' needs are met, and they have an excellent time. • Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need in a timely manner.
• Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner. Rotates position from Beverage, Dinning, and dishwasher as directed by the floor supervisor
• Cleaning and clearing tables.
• Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and replenishing condiments.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine.
• Performing closing duties such as sweeping and vacuuming and preparing linens for collection by laundry service.
• Learning about food and beverages, such as non-alcoholic drinks and coffees.
• Ensuring beverages are served swiftly and replenished continuously.
• Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
• Following up on food and beverage orders with back-of-house (BOH).
• Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with the product and overall experience and providing management with feedback.
• Issuing guests with their check on request and greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.
• Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
• Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.
