Highbrow Beauty Lounge is a premium women's salon offering a wide range of beauty, hair, and spa services in a welcoming and elegant environment of Dubai silicon Oasis. We are looking for a

Female

Senior All-Rounder Beautician

who is also capable of handling

day-to-day salon management

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality beauty services including: Hair styling, coloring, and treatments Facials, skin care, waxing, and threading Makeup application (day, party & bridal) Manicure, pedicure, nail art & gel application Henna application (preferred but not mandatory) Manage the daily operations of the salon including staff scheduling, client appointments, and inventory. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high hygiene standards. Supervise junior staff and provide training where required. Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally. Assist in driving sales, upselling services, and promoting salon packages.

Requirements:



Minimum 5+ years of experience as an all-round beautician. Prior experience in

team supervision or salon management

is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of the latest beauty and hair trends. Presentable, professional, and fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus). Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
