Female Secretary

Job Description

Our company is looking for a responsible and well-experienced female administrative secretary . The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience as an administrative secretary or customer service. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting of reports and documents. Data entry and database maintenance along with document collection. Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public. Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments. Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Supervising and ordering replacement of office equipment. Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note taking, Hotel bookings and travel bookings. Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events if required. Observing best business practices and etiquette. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • secretary: 2 years (Preferred)
