Key Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative duties, phone calls, and scheduling
Prepare and manage official documents, quotations, and correspondence
Assist management with coordination between clients and suppliers
Maintain office records and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE
Presentable, professional, and proactive
Family visa is a plus
