Job Description

A Bahraini Business group is looking for a Filipina Female Secretary cum Accounts with experience who will play a crucial role; Maintaining accurate financial records Data entry Preparing financial statements Contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Answer and transfer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner. Determine the purpose of each call and ensure all calls are transferred appropriately. Ensure both external and internal messages are successfully delivered. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Generate and modify data reports and other documents as required. Prepare meeting agendas and schedules. Qualifications: Female Filipina nationality with experience in Accounts and Secretarial jobs. Age must be 35 years old and above With basic knowledge of accounts Can join immediately ASAP! A visa will be provided. Office hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm (every Friday off) Salary will be discussed upon interview Please send your CV
