We are looking for a

professional and organized Female Bilingual Secretary

to join our team!
The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Languages Required:

English & Arabic (both spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:



Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in both English and Arabic. Prepare and manage documents, reports, and meeting schedules. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Maintain filing systems and ensure data confidentiality. Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications:



Female candidate Fluent in

English and Arabic

(spoken & written) Minimum

2 years of administrative or secretarial experience

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and organizational skills Presentable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
