Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Engineer.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documents, and project updates
Coordinate and schedule meetings and site visits for engineers
Prepare and manage project-related correspondence and documentation
Maintain proper filing systems and records
Understand and use basic civil engineering terms and processes
Requirements:
1-2 years of secretarial experience, preferably in a civil engineering or construction environment
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Good understanding of engineering/construction terminology
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
