Key Responsibilities: -Present and sell the brands and services to current and potential clients. -Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. -Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. -Manage customer services through quality checks and other follow-up. -Identify and resolve client concerns. -Co-develop and implement special sales activities, in coordinating with the Supervisor and the Manager to reduce stock. -Checking the cleanliness of display items and check if they are complete. -Checking internal correspondences for price change. -Preparing sales reports daily / weekly. -Perform other related duties as required. -Arrange the storage room. -Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. -Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees. Requirements: -2-3 years experience in retail environment. -Possess high interpersonal communication skill. -Self-Motivated. -Positive Attitude toward job and functions. -Problem solving technique. -Multi-tasking ability required. -Ability to work under Pressure. -Good Negotiating Skill. -Should be able to be accountable for the job assigned. -Selling techniques. -Reporting submission in uniform manner.
