Job Description

UKR Shipping manages and provides the most appropriate service to the customer by combining air/ocean freight forwarding and land transport.
Responsibilities:

• Providing quotes for freight shipments to potential logistics customers
• Market and sell shipping solutions
• Establish and maintain customer relationship, assess client specific needs, and promote the services of the organization to achieve the sales goals.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Demonstrate the capacity to initiate contact to prospective customers via cold calls, emails, and direct customer contact, develop profitable and sustainable sales growth of freight shipping, identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with clients and architect transportation solutions.
• Direct meeting with clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Deal with any issues that may arise on any shipment
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or related fields.
• Proven track record in a sales role
• Strong customer focus/client service orientation ability
• Strong Communication Skills, be a team player and self-starter with an understanding of team goals
• Ability to excel in operations environment
• Must be proficient with data entry and MS Office programs
• Ability to market and sell shipping solutions.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
