Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Female Merchandiser

to manage the display, stock arrangement, and brand presence of our cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care products across key retail stores in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure products are always well-presented, accurately priced, and aligned with our brand guidelines to maximize customer impact and in-store visibility.

This role suits someone who understands retail presentation and product rotation, has excellent coordination and communication skills, and can independently manage daily store visits and merchandising tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned stores to ensure proper display, stock rotation, and visual appeal of products Set up and maintain shelves and branded displays for cosmetics, fragrances, and personal care items Implement planograms and merchandising standards across all outlets Ensure all items are clearly priced and testers are clean, functional, and available where required Monitor and report low stock, expired products, or damaged goods Maintain updated promotional materials, signage, and branding tools at point of sale Coordinate with in-store staff for restocking, pricing corrections, and display enhancements Report market trends, competitor placements, and in-store feedback regularly to the sales team Support merchandising activities during launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of merchandising experience in

cosmetics, perfumes, or personal care

Must own a

valid UAE driver's license.

Strong understanding of visual merchandising and retail standards Presentable, responsible, and well-spoken, with strong interpersonal skills Ability to travel between stores across different emirates Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus Able to work retail schedules including weekends and holidays
