Job Summary:

We are seeking a persuasive and results-driven

Tele Sales Executive

to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote our range of office supplies and equipment, generate sales leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and excellent at building rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote office products and services. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Record detailed notes of customer interactions. Follow up on leads provided by marketing or other departments. Handle objections and negotiate to close sales effectively. Collaborate with field sales representatives when needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role of atleast 1 year. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with basic computer skills. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment:

Office-based, typically within sales department. Standard business hours with potential bonuses or commissions based on performance. Ongoing training and product knowledge updates provided.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
