We are seeking a Female Sales Executive to join our luxury Arabic designer wear boutique, specializing in hand-embroidered Jalabiyas and Abayas. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and experienced in handling high-end clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized, high-end customer service to boutique clients
Explain design details, fabrics, embroidery work, and customization options clearly
Take accurate body measurements for custom and made-to-order designs
Record customer orders, measurements, and special requests accurately
Follow up with clients regarding fittings, alterations, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with tailoring and design teams to ensure order accuracy
Maintain an elegant boutique appearance and organized product displays
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Requirements:
Female candidate
Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion boutique sales
Knowledge of Arabic designer wear (Abaya/Jalabiya) is an advantage
Ability to take accurate body measurements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Attention to detail and ability to manage custom orders
