Female Field Sales Manager (Deal Closer) - Dubai

We are a boutique

business development and sales consultancy firm

working with startups, SMEs and corporate in the UAE and GCC. We sell high-value advisory, and develop sales and growth for our clients.

We are looking for a real field sales closer who can bring in business and close deals.

Valid UAE Green Visa or self-sponsored visa Own car + valid UAE driving license (not a must but preferred) Based in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman Able to work in Dubai on a daily basis

Role

This is a field-based sales role, not an office job.

You will:

Find and approach new clients Book and attend face-to-face meetings Pitch our services Negotiate and close contracts Follow up until deals are signed and paid
You will sell business development, market-entry, advisory, partnership and sales services.

Who We Are Looking For

Female candidate (must) Strong B2B field sales and deal-closing background Consulting experience is not required Service industry and B2B sales experience is preferred

Sales Skills Required

You must have proven ability in:

Prospecting and lead generation Cold calling and outreach Running discovery meetings Needs analysis and solution selling Value-based selling (selling services, not products) Objection handling Price negotiation Closing techniques Follow-up and pipeline management

You Must Be

Excellent English communication and presentation skills Well-organized and confident on the phone and in meetings Target-driven Fast learner Highly disciplined with strong work ethic Respectful and professional Self-driven and proactive Able to work without micro-management

Compensation

Base salary Competitive commission Performance-based, uncapped earning potential
