Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and field visits.
Visit existing and prospective clients to present products, understand customer needs, and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate product information and demonstrations.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of client meetings, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams for order processing and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Experience
in sales is an added advantage (B2B or B2C preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfortable with
field sales and client visits
.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
