Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and build strong relationships with event management companies, hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices.
Manage client inquiries and deliver tailored floral solutions for events, corporate gifts, and daily floral arrangements.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of key clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the floral industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the Dubai market, particularly in event management, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
A passion for flowers, creativity, and customer service.
Preferably female candidates.
UAE Driving licence holder will be prefferable.
