FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Female Indoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Jazz Rockers, one of Dubai's leading educational institutions with four established branches. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and provide leads, engage with potential students or parents over the phone or in person, and close enrollments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads provided by the company. Explain course details, schedules, and benefits clearly. Convert inquiries into confirmed student enrollments. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Provide a professional and friendly experience to all callers and walk-ins. Coordinate with academic, front desk, and management teams. Support front desk duties when required. Ensure the branch is welcoming and organized. Meet or exceed monthly sales/enrollment targets.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (preferably in education, retail, or service sector). Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus). Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems). Female candidates only, as per team requirement. Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
