Job Responsibilities

As Senior Sales Executive, you will be key in bringing revenue growth to the company by building relationships and closing deals. Main responsibilities include:

Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress, and generating regular performance reports. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews. Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Oversee negotiations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to align strategies and ensure timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum

3years of experience

in product sales. Valid UAE drivers license. Lived in UAE for more than 3 years and know the market. Proven ability to lead sales teams and meet/exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
