Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The candidate should be self-motivated, confident, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident and able to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
