VHELP is a trusted home services application in UAE (Dubai) that connects clients to home top-rated service providers. An all-in-one home services platform for your home-related needs, including handyman services, maid services, sanitization services, deep cleaning services, and much more. Main responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales target.
• Communication with existing and potential clients over the phone.
• Ability to react to clients' requests promptly and in a professional manner.
• Ambition to meet the company's targets.
• Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails and Calls as needed.
• Address any questions or issues customer may have.
• Able to build a strong working relationship with existing as well as new clients.
• Maintain and manage the client data and privacy as per company policy and procedures.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails properly.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skill.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience as sales executive in UAE.
• Fluent or native level English, any additional language is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target driven person
• Team player
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and willing to learn.
• Own visa or spouse visa is preferred
