Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing quotes, and tracking sales performance.
Customer Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and addressing issues.
Order Management:
Process sales orders, maintain contracts, and ensure all documentation is accurate.
Coordination with Operations:
Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of O&M services and track service schedules.
Reporting:
Provide sales performance reports and analyze trends for improvement.
Post-Sales Follow-Up:
Ensure customer satisfaction after service completion and address any concerns.
Administrative Support:
Maintain records, schedule meetings, and assist with sales presentations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
2-3 years in sales coordination, preferably in O&M.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and CRM software skills (e.g., Salesforce).
Key Attributes:
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
