Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Sales Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in inquiries, converting leads into memberships, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Explaining gym services, memberships, and packages clearly to prospective members.
Converting inquiries into memberships and achieving sales targets.
Following up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintaining accurate records of client details and sales activities.
Handling membership renewals and client queries.
Coordinating with trainers and management to ensure a smooth client experience.
Supporting promotional campaigns and marketing activities when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM skills preferred.
Flexible to work shifts as per gym operations.
Immediate joiners preferred.
