Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet all clients and visitors, offering personalized and professional service Manage incoming inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and convert leads into scheduled tours or consultations Conduct facility tours and clearly communicate membership options, pricing, and benefits Close new memberships with a confident and client-focused sales approach Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and lobby area Support member needs, including check-ins, appointment scheduling, and account assistance Follow up with prospective clients via calls, texts, or emails to drive conversion Collaborate with the fitness and management teams to create a seamless client journey Participate in local outreach, referral programs, and marketing campaigns to generate leads Handle administrative tasks such as CRM updates, payment processing, and daily reporting

Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in fitness sales, gym memberships, or customer-centric roles is preferred. Passion for health, wellness, and fitness; ability to speak confidently about gym services. Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication abilities. Comfortable working with CRMs and basic sales software. Strong customer service approach, target-oriented mindset, and flexible availability
